Many of our products are handcrafted using natural waxes, premium fragrance oils, timber, ceramics and other artisanal materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, fragrance intensity and appearance are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for any lawful reason, including product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Products purchased from Tranquil Euphoria are intended for personal use and may not be purchased for commercial resale without our written consent.

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Express delivery is R150 nationwide. Free Express delivery applies when the qualifying cart value is R1,500 or more.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

SECTION 6 – PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Our candles, reed diffusers and home fragrance products should always be used in accordance with the supplied care and safety instructions.

Candles should never be left unattended while burning and should be kept away from children, pets and flammable materials.

Reed diffusers, wax melts and other fragrance products should only be used as intended.

Tranquil Euphoria accepts no liability for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling or failure to follow the supplied safety instructions.

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, text, images, graphics, product photography, videos and website design, remains the intellectual property of Tranquil Euphoria or its licensors.

While Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products, all purchases are made directly with Tranquil Euphoria.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction with Tranquil Euphoria, including product quality, fulfilment, shipping, returns or customer support.
