This matte black stainless-steel candle wick trimmer helps keep candle wicks neat and easier to maintain before each burn.
The scissor-style shape reaches into candle vessels, while the large grips offer comfortable handling when trimming the wick to the recommended length.
Candles and other accessories are not included.

How much is delivery?
Nationwide delivery is R110 for orders below R800. Complimentary nationwide delivery applies when the qualifying cart value shown at checkout is R800 or more.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once dispatched, delivery through The Courier Guy is generally estimated at 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Major metropolitan areas are typically 1–3 business days, regional areas 2–5 business days, and outlying or remote areas approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order-processing time and courier-delivery time are separate.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. Once The Courier Guy has collected your parcel, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link. Tracking information may take a short time to become active after collection.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Please contact hello@tranquile.co.za before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect.
Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Other exclusions, including sale or clearance products and personalised items, also apply.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect?
Please contact orders@tranquile.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products so that the matter can be assessed promptly.
This 48-hour notification period does not limit any rights available to you under applicable South African consumer law.
Is my order gift-wrapped?
Tranquil Euphoria candles and reed diffusers are gift-wrapped as standard. Other products are not automatically gift-wrapped unless this is specifically stated on the product page.
Can I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I collect my order?
No. Tranquil Euphoria does not currently offer customer collection or in-store pickup. All customer orders are delivered through The Courier Guy.
